MARTY QUARTERS
HEAD COACH
With 30 years of coaching experience, Marty started his coaching career with Little Caesars which produced seven NHL Draft Picks and four 1st Round Picks. His proven track record in coaching, recruiting and player promotion have spanned across teams at; NCAA D1, USHL, NAHL, JR. A, and AAA levels. Marty has managed and ran four USHL Drafts and four NAHL Drafts, making a name for himself by identifying the top prospects in the country as well as guys who fly under the radar. Some examples being Tim Kennedy (Drafted by the Buffalo Sabres), Drake Caggiula (Buffalo Sabres), Kevin Labanc (Drafted by San Jose Sharks) and Jeff Zatkoff (Drafted by LA Kings) to name just a few.
Marty has had a hand in developing guys that have not only played NCAA D1 and Major Juniors but also has a trend in producing players to these programs as leaders and captains of their teams. His long list of players ranges from guys winning Stanley Cups, NCAA D1 Championships, Hobey Baker Award Winners, Major Junior Players of The Year and Major Junior Championships.
Marty's coaching tree of former players now ranged from not only developing players as top athletes across the world but also developing from behind the bench and player development. Former players now coach in the NHL, ECHL, NCAA D1, Major Juniors and USHL.

JOSH RABBANI

RECRUITING COORDINATOR
Coach Josh Rabbani has been part of the hockey world for over 25 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California he began his youth hockey with the LA Jr. Kings.
With the Jr. Kings Josh won back to back USA Hockey Championships at the U-15 and U-16 AAA level playing for the LA Jr. Kings before moving to Detroit Honeybaked for a season. After a year with Honeybaked he then went on to Berkshire Prep where he led the team in scoring for 3 years and was a 2x captain of the Varsity team.
After graduating from Berkshire, Josh went on to play in the NAHL for the St. Louis Bandits winning the Robertson Cup (NAHL National Championship) playing under Coach Jon Cooper (Tampa Bay Lightning). From St. Louis Josh was recruited to play NCAA DIV 1 hockey at RPI (ECAC) playing under coaches Seth Appert (Rochester Americans – AHL) and Jim Montgomery (Boston Bruins). Upon graduating with a degree in Business Management, Josh went on to play professionally in Germany for 8 seasons where he also began coaching before returning to the United States.
